Responsibilities:

• Communicate/collaborate with clinical CRO, sponsor, and clinical study sites to ensure robust supply chain strategies for the on-time delivery of clinical supplies.

• Provide technical oversight of packaging and distribution including, but not limited to document review of packaging specifications, master, and executed batch records, distribution instructions, and order processing and delivery.

• Ensure documents and records are kept in compliance with regulations and SOPs

Qualifications:

• Strong background in medical, biological, and pharmaceutical research is required

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, management systems, etc.

• Strong communication skills and team management experience are required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring plant Shipping and Receiving and Warehouse operations activities

• Provide technical oversight of packaging and distribution including, but not limited to document review of packaging specifications, master, and executed batch records, distribution instructions, and order processing and delivery.

• Ensure documents and records are kept in compliance with regulations and SOPs

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• The ideal candidate has experience in Warehouse Management and Operations ideally with similar scope and flow of operations

• Strong communication skills and team management experience is required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and directing quality assurance programs and reviewing,

• Preparation/maintenance of SOPs, equipment calibration, and other controlled documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• QP Releases and Executes/ participate in internal and external audits.

• Past QA experience is required

• Experience in clinical CRO is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PM (project manager) and QA Manager (quality assurance) to ensure day-to-day operations.

• Provide technical oversight of packaging and distribution including, but not limited to document review of packaging specifications, master, and executed batch records, distribution instructions, and order processing and delivery.

• Ensure documents and records are kept in compliance with regulations and SOPs

Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment of science, clinical development plans, regulatory outlook, and commercial opportunities

• Maintain regular contact with current sponsors and develop relationships with potential clients

• Designs and manages the marketing strategies​

• Proficiency with financial statement analysis, accounting, and financial modeling

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, management systems, QuickBooks, etc.

• Past team management experience is required, experience in clinical CRO is a plus
