• Communicate/collaborate with clinical CRO, sponsor, and clinical study sites to ensure on-time delivery of clinical supplies

• In charge of labeling/packaging, storage/distribution, return/destruction of clinical materials of projects

• ​Draft receiving, labeling, packing, shipping, and destruction documents

• Maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System)

• Ensures all data including temperature, humidity, and inventory are stored electronically/hard-copied

• Ensures data security in compliance with regulatory authorities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure storage, labeling/packaging, distribution, and return/destruction of clinical materials is done correctly

• Oversees day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods​​​

• Works closely with PM to ensure there are sufficient amount of packing and distribution materials

• Ensuring the company complies with safety and health regulations

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics​​​​​​

• Coordinate training for all employees to ensure quality compliance

• Describe operational SOPs for client auditing

• Ensure all project documents are signed and released
